--no-locale

Postgresを使っていると日本語でのソートがおかしくなる場合があります。
initdbの際に--no-localeを付け忘れるとこの現象が起きるそうです。
日本語を使うときにPostgresのDBの初期化はこんな感じです。

$ initdb --no-locale --encoding=EUC_JP
